We believe in the power of community and collaboration (in fact, it's one of our core values), and that's why we've been running group programs since 2016.
Our group programs provide a unique blend of coaching, career content, and the support and feedback you can only get from a cohort of purpose-driven peers.
We currently offer three group coaching programs, aligned to the phases of our Career Navigation Cycle:
Career Clarity
Our Take Ownership of Your Career program will help you create a vision and plan for your career future, with the support of a trusted group of social sector leaders.
Career Transition
Our Job Search Jumpstart program will help you build a search strategy, tell your story, and update your toolkit, so you can land the impact role that’s right for you.
Leadership Growth
Our Balanced Leader program will help you grow your ability to lead yourself and others, so you can create sustainable impact without sacrificing your well-being.
