Job Search Jumpstart
Get unstuck, stay accountable, and land the right role faster.
Job searching can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Job Search Jumpstart is a five-week group program designed to help social impact professionals like you gain momentum, refine your strategy, and move forward with confidence.
Do these sound familiar?
You’re ready for your next role, but you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure about where to start.
You’re struggling with how to tell your story to potential employers, especially when your career path feels so non-linear.
You’ve started applying to jobs, but you’re not hearing back, and you’re not sure why or what to do about it.
You know that networking is important, but you’re not sure how to go about it in a way that feels authentic, rather than transactional.
You’ve been updating your resume and LinkedIn profile, but they still don’t seem quite right, and you’re not sure what the current best practices are, or how to use AI most effectively in your search.
You’re tired of navigating this process alone, and you’re craving more structure and accountability, and a proven process.
If any of these resonate, you’re not alone!
Job searching in the social impact sector brings unique challenges - because there’s no one roadmap for doing purpose-driven work.
Job Search Jumpstart will help you approach your search strategically, so you can focus your time and energy where they matter most.
About the Program
Over five weeks, you’ll work with a coach and a supportive group of purpose-driven peers to map out a strategy for your job search, practice telling your story, and access proven best practices to update your job search materials.
You’ll gain clarity, confidence, and concrete tools that will help you land the role that’s right for you.
And you’ll build a community of supportive and like-minded peers you can continue to collaborate with long after the program ends.
Our next cohort begins September 30, 2025
