I’m Maëlle (pronounced My-L), a career coach, talent leader, and facilitator.

I have over 15 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations. I’m passionate about working with individuals to clarify their purpose and to provide support during the job search process. 

Before becoming a coach, I served as Vice President of People and Engagement at Turnaround for Children, where I developed policies and practices in recruitment, performance management, culture, and learning and development. 

I started my career in direct service, supporting predominantly immigrant communities in legal services, early childhood education, and micro-lending. 

I call New Jersey home and spend my time outside of work parenting my two kids, leading PTA projects, and finding ways to build community and improve outcomes for children.
