ERIN EWART
Founder & Coach
I’m Erin, founder of Careers for Social Impact.
Before becoming a coach, I spent 15 years in recruitment and talent leadership roles for a diverse set of organizations across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, from Google to the U.S. State Department.
I came to coaching out of a desire to help others navigate moments of career uncertainty like the ones I’ve experienced. You can learn more about my journey here and here, and I’m always happy to share more about what I’ve learned along the way!
I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and these days I’m loving learning more about neuroscience and how we can rewire our brains and shift our thinking and actions to align with who we really want to be.
Outside of work, I dabble in improv and I love to travel whenever I can. I’ve visited over 30 countries and spent time living in Panama and Italy.
I started Careers for Social Impact while living in Seattle, and now I’m based in Brooklyn, New York. I never get tired of exploring the city and sharing it with my two young kids. Once they’re older, I can’t wait to show them more of the world!
