I’m Ashley, and I love bringing people together to build meaningful connections.

I was a founding member of the Careers for Social Impact community back in 2017, when I was a participant in one of our very first group programs! Now I lead our community-building work, including managing our events and moderating our online client communities. 

Before joining the team, I worked across the government, non-profit and for-profit sectors. I’m a Partner with Social Venture Partners (SVP) in Seattle, serving on their Portfolio Grant Committee to deliver an even greater impact within the community. 

I’m based in Seattle and when I’m not building community I love baking, especially sourdough bread, and snuggling my twin boys.
